Claudette is about to turn 90. But far from dreaming of rocking chairs, she dreams of freedom, tenderness and just a touch of madness. Juggling, puppetry and poetry come together in this vibrant tribute to grandmothers, old age and the deep bond between generations.

Claudette is also an ode to intergenerational bonds, to the joyful complicity between grandparents and grandchildren.
Claudette tells the story of an old woman, outraged by her loneliness as she prepares to celebrate her 90th birthday! It’s the story of a small child and a tender, dreamy grandma — tired of sitting alone all day, weary of eating soup every evening, longing to feel alive again.
Claudette is a street performance blending puppetry and juggling — a show that gives a voice back to the elderly.
